Frank Donck has been a Non-Executive and Independent Director since 2020. He is member of the Sustainability Committee and of the Audit, Compliance and Risk Committee of Luxempart.
Frank Donck has been acting as managing director of the family-owned investment company 3D investors NV since 1998. He has more than 30 years of experience as a professional investor and is active as either chairman or director of several listed and non-listed companies. He currently serves as chairman of Barco and Atenor Group, as non-executive director of KBC Group and as independent director of of Elia Group.
Frank is also a member of Belgium’s Corporate Governance Commission.
He started his career as an investment manager for Investco NV (later, KBC Private Equity NV) where he was leading larger investments and M&A processes. He was previously chairman of Telenet Group Holding, Telecolumbus and Zenitel. Franck holds a master’s degree in law from the university of Ghent (Belgium) and a master in financial management from the Vlerick Business School.
