Jürgen Vanselow has been a Non-Executive and Independent Director as from 2017. He is a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Luxempart.
Following early career steps in Management Consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton and the Private Equity team of Deutsche Handelsbank, Jürgen Vanselow joined Egon Zehnder International in 1995, elected to Partner in 2001, with a focus on executive search in the Financial Services and Private Equity sectors. In 2017, Jürgen Vanselow joined Russel Reynolds Associates in Frankfurt as Senior Partner. Today, he is at the heart of the firm’s recruitment activities in the Financial Services sector, specialized in leadership advisory in Private Equity, Asset Management and Family Offices.
Jürgen Vanselow earned a master’s degree in management from ESCP Europe in 1987 and attended the PMD programme at Harvard Business School in 1999.
